Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery of the product. Tags must still be attached. Original garment packaging must be included. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.
Shipping cost for corporate generated return labels will be paid by customer (no less than $6.99) unless there is a defect with the product. For exchanges, an invoice will be emailed to the customer upon receipt of items. This invoice for return shipping must be paid in order to receive the new items.
Returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days to resolve from the date items are received. All returns will be processed back to the original payment method. Time for the money to be available to you will vary by financial institution. Please contact your financial institution for more information regarding timing of when the funds will be available.
Customers may also return via their local post office with tracking confirmation added for proof of return. Inside of package, order number and customer name must be included.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING ELIGIBILITY OF RETURNED ITEMS. SALE ITEMS AND ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE WAREHOUSE CLEARENCE EVENT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
If a non-eligible item is return, the customer forfeits that item and their refund. Customer may also have the item shipped back to them at their own expense.
