We get it, things don't always work out! We're here to help get it right! We offer Store Credit for Returns. In order to offer fast & free shipping, we do not issue refunds. You will receive an electronic store credit for the original price (minus original shipping cost) once your return has been processed. Please reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing, we'd love to help!

Please carefully review our Return Policy and Instructions below before sending your item back.

  • All BOGO Free Orders are Final Sale.
  • RRC Grab Bags are Final Sale.
  • Items that are marked "Sale" are Final Sale.
  • Items that are purchased using a discount code (other than a Rose Rock Closet personal affiliate discount code) are final sale.
  • Items from sale collections are final sale.
  • The term "Final Sale" means an item cannot be retuned.
  • Customers have 30 days upon receiving their item(s) to request a return label.
  • All returns must be received or in transit within 7 days of the date the return label is created. 
  • Returns will be credited with an electronic store credit (available at checkout) for the original purchase price. In order to offer free shipping we do not offer refunds.
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.
  • Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box.
  • If items are returned appearing worn, including with makeup stains, deodorant stains, or animal hair on them, or smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, with no tags attached, received beyond 7 days from the date of return label delivery or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you at your own expense or we will donate them to charity after 30 days.
  • Returns are limited to 6 items per customer every 6 months. If you're having an ongoing issue trying to figure out your correct sizing, please reach out to us prior to ordering. We would be happy to assist you.
  • We do not accept exchanges due to our quickly moving inventory. We do not hold items, and because of this, we can cannot guarantee that the item will remain in stock by the time your return arrives to our warehouse. If you would like a different size, you may place a new order for that item (or any other item) once your Return has been processed, and store credit has been issued. 


While we always provide free shipping to you, we do not provide free return shipping. If you are the in the US, you may utilize our Return Portal to send back your items. The cost of your return label will be deducted from your store credit.

  • We encourage all customers to take advantage of our Return Portal in order to receive discounted return shipping rates.
  • In the event that using our Return Portal is not possible, please ship returns to: 1026 Eagle Nest Avenue, Forney, Texas 75126
  • Original packaging must be included with your return. No exceptions.
  • Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box.
  • Please to not affix shipping labels to the shoebox itself.
  • We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.
  • All returns will be processed within 3-7 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once processed.


Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. 

  • If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of the receipt of your item(s) at so we may address the issue. 
  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it. 
  • We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues wherever possible.


We do our very best to photograph each item and display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors.
