Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery of the product. Tags must still be attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.
Shipping cost for a corporate generated return label will be paid by the customer unless there is a defect with the product. Return shipping charges (at least $6.99 per returned order) are deducted from customer’s refund and are calculated based on weight and size of the items returned.
For exchanges, a credit will be issued to the customer after returned items are received and inspected.
Returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days to resolve from the date items are received. All returns will be processed back to the original payment method. Time for the money to be available to you will vary by financial institution. Please contact your financial institution for more information regarding timing of when the funds will be available.
Customers may also return via their local post office with tracking confirmation added for proof of return. Inside of package, order number and customer name must be included.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING ELIGIBILITY OF RETURNED ITEMS. SALE ITEMS, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, BOGO ITEMS, AND ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE WAREHOUSE CLEARENCE EVENT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
Once issued a corporate generated return label, customers have 7 days to return items. As long as items are scanned by the post office within the grace period, they will be accepted. If items are not scanned within the 7 day grace period, customer forfeits their ability to receive funds for their returned clothing. Customer may have their items shipped back to them at their own expense.
If a non-eligible item is return, the customer forfeits that item and their refund.
